CPI Aerostructures, Inc. announced today that on June 30, 2011 it entered into a lease agreement, with Heartland Boys II L.P. for the premises located at 91 Heartland Boulevard, Edgewood, New York, directly across the street from CPI Aero’s current location. The approximate 171,000 square foot building will be used as the Company’s assembly facility, principal offices and corporate headquarters. CPI Aero intends to move all of its operations presently at 60 Heartland Boulevard, Edgewood, New York to the new facility by December 31, 2011. The term of the new lease commences on July 1, 2011 and expires on April 30, 2022.

Flight dispatchers at US Airways , represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU), have voted to ratify the new four-year collective bargaining agreement previously announced on June 15. The new agreement is the second contract ratified by the airline’s 164 TWU-represented dispatchers since the US Airways-America West Airlines merger in 2005. The new contract will extend through June 2015.
