Sun Country Airlines launched a new advertising campaign this month with the novel tag line of “soaring,” featured in billboards, LRT wrap, print ads, TV, radio and a newly designed website set to launch mid-July. The campaign features an image of the blue and orange Sun Country livery with the term “soaring” next to the plane. A central point of the campaign, promoting the airline’s new daily service to Washington D.C.’s Reagan National Airport, is a 76 foot tall replica of the Washington Monument which is featured on a billboard at highway 494 (facing east) and 24th Avenue.
