The Norwegian newspaper Finansavisen today publishes an article referring to an internal email in Widerøe, a subsidiary to SAS  , and part of The SAS Group. The internal email states that three of the underwriting banks in the rights issue performed by SAS Group in April 2009 have a clause which gives them the right to withdraw from the rights issue if SAS does not meet certain financial targets in 2009.

Sun Country Airlines Implements Policy to Voluntarily Limit Runway Taxi Time

Sun Country Airlines announced today that it is implementing a new policy modeled on legislation supported by Senator Klobuchar that would limit runway taxi time. As a result of a delayed Sun Country flight on Friday from New York’s JFK airport to Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport which included a five hour and forty five minute taxi time, the company has decided to establish a maximum taxi time limit of four hours. After such time, the Sun County Airlines flight will return to the gate area to disembark its passengers.
