Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. , (the “Company”) announced today that it has submitted written notice to the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) of its intention to delist its common stock from NASDAQ, where it currently trades on NASDAQ’s Global Market. The Company intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and NASDAQ on or about April 1, 2009 to effect the delisting of its common stock from NASDAQ. By operation of law, the delisting will be effective ten days after the filing of the Form 25 with the SEC.
