Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. (“Company”), a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and modification services for the U.S. Government, today announced that a jury in the Circuit Court of Dale County, Alabama found in favor of the Company in its complaint against GE Capital Aviation Services, Inc. (“GECAS”). The jury awarded the Company $2.1 million in compensatory damages and $6.5 million in punitive damages. The Company performed cargo conversion work for GECAS in 2003 at a former subsidiary located in Dothan, Alabama.
